Sports don’t start and end with a referee’s whistle. FirstCuts, a blog dedicated to sports culture, will cover everything outside the lines, from the games to the gear. Look for expanded FirstCuts content after the New Year.
Despite sitting for the next couple of months with a knee injury, Gilbert Arenas continues to drop new colorways of his latest shoe (the marketing must go on!). The latest versions of the adidas Men’s TS Lightswitch Low from the Gil II Zero collection are titled “D.C. Football” and “Vote for Gilbert.“ The former goes for $89.99 and the latter goes for $109.99.

Both shoes are available on Eastbay and expected to ship on 12/15. If you don’t want to order on Eastbay, try checking your local retailers.
(First spotted on KixAndTheCity.com.)
