Capitals Are the Hells Angels of Segways

When I see people riding down the street on Segways, my first impulse is to push them into oncoming traffic (unless they’re police, which is frequent where I live). I mean, really, is there an anymore blatant way to announce how disgustingly rich you are? Plus, you look ridiculous. Get a bicycle. Or better yet, walk inverted like the rest of the population. It’s what separates us from apes. You should celebrate that.
Having said that, the Washington Capitals are way cooler than most on a Segway, and Ovechkin is hilarious. Although they still look like complete dorks:

Dan Steinberg from the D.C. Sports Bog was there with the Caps as they toured the city on their rented Segways.

That’s too bad Ovechkin couldn’t find any ladies. Nothing impresses them more than a modified, electronic wheelchair.
