Think back to your college days – or to perhaps this morning – and you should recall what the “walk of shame†is. Things are still blurry as you try to sort out what happened last night. Much like when your roommate helped you recall the debauchery, so to are we here to help sort out yesterday’s sports madness.

D-Train, Cabrera to Motown for Two Studs and Change
Naturally, everyone’s immediate thought is to discuss how awesome this deal makes the Tigers, but let’s not overlook what it did for Florida. Andrew Miller was the best pitcher in last year’s draft (6th overall) and Cameron Maybin was 10th overall in ‘05, when he was considered the best overall offensive player available. They are, to summarize, man-children who will someday win a World Series for the Marlins and be promptly traded the next season. Actually, I’m starting to think this was a bad deal for the Tigers.
Great Poohdini vs. Mayo Results in Letdown
I suppose you could argue that last night’s USC-Memphis showdown was a good game seeing as it went to OT (where USC ultimately blew it and lost), but really, it was slow and sloppy. And the two guys we tuned in to see -- Derrick “The Great Poohdini” Rose (nine points) and O.J. Mayo (16 points on 6-for-20) -- weren’t a factor. Although, did you see that triangle-and-2 defense by USC?! Damn, obscure and complicated D sure is thrilling.
Travis ‘Father of the Year’ Henry Wins Appeal
Despite the fact that an NFL spokesman said Henry’s hair samples and lie detector tests were “irrelevant and unconvincing,” the Broncos running back still managed to take down The Man and win his appeal. This is great news for his nine different baby’s mommas, who rely on those Broncos paychecks.
Teenager Officially Accused of Taking Sean Taylor’s Life
Eric Rivera, 17, was identified by a grand jury as being the one who pulled the trigger in the murder of #21. His attorney says his client is “very distraught” and “scared.” Pardon me for not feeling sympathetic.
