Think back to your college days – or to perhaps this morning – and you should recall what the “walk of shame†is. Things are still blurry as you try to sort out what happened last night. Much like when your roommate helped you recall the debauchery, so to are we here to help sort out yesterday’s sports madness.

Bobby Knight Will Crush You
After being humiliated by the powerhouse that is Centenary, Texas Tech was out for blood against arch rival Louisiana Tech. The Raiders won 86-31. But that’s not the impressive and/or pathetic part. At one point, Tech went on a 35-0 run. From halfway through the first to halfway through the second, the run was 46-3. I guess Drexel does not have the market cornered on getting demolished after all.
Breaking News: Tebow, McFadden Are Heisman Finalists
System quarterback vs. The next Adrian Peterson. It’s a tough choice. Chase Daniel and Colt Brennan will also be invited to New York. There will be some lovely parting gifts.
Andruw Jones Gets Straight Paid, Son
The Dodgers better pray to whichever god they prefer that Jones returns to old form. $18 million a year for a .222 average and 26 homeruns seems like a poor investment. It’s just two year deal, however, so they’ll only end up sinking about $36 mill in Jones. Torre does love old guys (see: washed up) though, so maybe it’ll work out.
Jim Grobe Named Next Coach of Arkansas
Wow. What an upgrade for Grobe. From mediocre ACC team to mediocre SEC team. Of course, Arkansas expects to win, while Wake Forest views football as an excuse to drink until basketball season starts.
UPDATE: Never mind the last item on this post, Grobe is staying at the mediocre ACC school after all.
