Biden’s ‘Devil’ Gaffe Could Cost Obama Florida

The Democrats haven’t won Florida since the days of Bill Clinton back in ’96. Currently, Obama is carrying the state, but not by much. So, to help lock things up, his right hand man Joe Biden is campaigning in the Sunshine State trying to rally the old folks, strippers and whoever else lives in Tampa. But if he keeps making HUGE GAFFES like this, Obama is totally doomed:↵↵⇥Obama’s running mate, Joe Biden, got an early start Wednesday. He was at a morning rally in Tampa, where the Major League Baseball playoffs are all the rage. Biden said Obama wished he was in Florida, too.↵⇥↵⇥“But after what your Devil Rays did to the Chicago White Sox, he just couldn’t do it,” Biden said. “The man is hurting.”↵⇥

↵↵Noooooo, Joooooe! “Devil Rays”? So this is what all the pundits were talking about before the VP debate – this guy is prone to saying stupid things. Forget Florida, Obama. Pull Biden out of there ASAP and get him to the one place where McCain is going to win: Oklahoma. Biden can say whatever he damn well pleases there without doing damage. ↵↵Now, in the mean time they must hope (no pun intended) that Palin says something totally stupid in Pennsylvania to even the score. Quick, somebody up there ask her a question in Spanish. ↵
