Does Carl Edwards Have to Choke a Harvick?

↵As you can see above, driver Carl Edwards wished rival Kevin Harvick would stop breathing for a second during some post-practice banter on Thursday. The pair has beef stemming from a crash at Talladega last week. Edwards knocked out 12 drivers including Harvick, who called Edwards a “pansy.”

↵Them’s fighting words, apparently. When the confrontation made news Thursday, witnesses reported a minor shoving match and an exchange of pleasantries. The Associated Press disagreed and today released the choke photo and others showing Edwards literally in Harvick’s face.

↵Clearly Edwards has the right to physically attack Harvick. I mean, wrecking 12 cars is one thing, but calling someone a “pansy”? A step too far, my friends. A step too far.↵
