Isiah Thomas Reportedly Overdoses on Pills

The details are glaucoma-fuzzy at best right now, but this much is reportedly true: Isiah Thomas overdosed on sleeping pills at his home in New York early this morning.↵↵The former president of the New York Knicks was identified as the man involved in an overdose call at the Thomas residence, according to WCBS in New York City. Earlier reports were unclear on the identity of the overdose call. ↵

↵↵The specifics of his current condition are unclear, although the NY Post quotes Barry Watkins, vice president of communications for Madison Square Garden, as saying “Isiah is fine.”↵

↵↵Thomas was fired from his position with the Knicks on April 18th of this year.↵

↵UPDATE: Harrison police are still saying it was Thomas, but Thomas tells the NY Post that it was not him, but that his daughter was “very down,” and that it was a “family affair.” And now cue total confusion between the two accounts.↵
