Surely you recall quite possibly the most infamous play of the season back on September 15, when Eagles rookie DeSean Jackson started his celebration a little early, dropping the ball before crossing into the end zone against Dallas. You’d think his teammates would’ve learned not to do this. ↵↵Mike Tirico mentioned that Samuel may have dropped the ball early as they cut to commercial, but that seemed to be the extent of the discussion -- perhaps because they were too busy still trying to explain to Tony Kornheiser who Ken Dorsey is. I’m not certain if the refs ruled it a fumble or not. But look at that screen grab -- there’s no doubt it was. ↵
