2008 NFL Draft: Round 2 offers fewer trades, better value

Chicago taking Matt Forte is a solid pick, but it is amazing that players like QB Chad Henne and QB Brian Brohm are still on the board at pick #53. Philly made some nice picks, using the second round t do much of their first day drafting, again. DT Trevor Laws is an excellent pick-up for them.

And, since trades are now defining this 2008 NFL Draft, the Bucs and Jags just swung one with Jacksonville taking their second DE of the day: Quintin Groves.
