Tonight, to cap off a long and somewhat delayed end to the Memorial Day weekend, be sure to scan the Youtubes for fresh footage of the finest automobile/boat combo in all the land: the Fiberglass 500, held in Lakeport, California tonight for the forty-second time in its mighty history.

↵↵Drivers seem happy to drive into boats, around boats, over boats, and through the wreckage of multiple boats at the same time. Admission is just twelve dollars, thus making this the greatest investment in sports in terms of dollars invested/enjoyment derived. (Hey! It’s like a reverse Detroit Lions season ticket!)↵
