Rough Day for Anthony Kim, Fan He Almost Kills

↵
↵So Anthony Kim -- the clubhouse leader through Friday -- ↵forgets his third round tee time, misses his practice ↵routine, shoots rough on the first eight and approaches No. ↵9. Kim hooks his tee shot ... right into the head of a 48-↵year-old spectator. Kim talked to the Atlanta Journal-↵Constitution about how it felt to have almost ↵impaled a guy with a golf ball.↵↵⇥“Seeing that guy … I thought I killed him,” Kim ↵⇥said. “It was an awful feeling to look down and see a golf↵⇥-ball-sized impression in his forehead, and it’s cut open. ↵⇥It was probably the nastiest thing I’ve ever seen.”↵↵I bet it was an awful feeling, but I imagine the injured ↵fellow felt worse. A crater in your head is no small ↵matter. Water under the bridge, though. Kim sits three ↵strokes behind Sergio Garcia after Saturday’s disaster, ↵tied with Phil Mickelson for second. The final group tees ↵off early this afternoon. The gallery will bring their ↵mitts.↵
