Carlos Newton Wins At W-1

One of the original all-around fighters in the sport, Carlos Newton, won his fight with UFC veteran Shonie Carter last night at W-1. Unfortunately Newton was unable to make 170 pounds for what was a scheduled title fight, and then was unable to make the agreed upon catch weight. So while the win is certainly nice to see it does point to a need for Carlos to move up to 185 if he plans to continue this comeback.
