Packers Bring Back Mark Tauscher

As was anticipated after their Week 4 loss to the Vikings, the Green Bay Packers reached out to an old friend and brought back offensive tackle Mark Tauscher on Monday. Terms of the deal haven't been disclosed yet, but Tauscher, who had been sitting without a team as a free agent, will help the Packers fix their biggest problem, the offensive line. Aaron Rodgers is getting knocked around like a pinata as injuries ravaged the line leading to poor play.

Tauscher should be working at right tackle; the Packers expect left tackle Chad Clifton back this week from ankle injury.

It was a move the Pack had to make, or Aaron Rodgers was not going to last the entire season.
