Stories came out on October 16 that Dan Henderson was in negotiations with Strikeforce only to be shot down by Henderson himself. Now Dana White says the negotiations for Dan to return are dead.
Dan Henderson’s Camp Claims Their Price Is Reasonable

While it is clear that both sides are playing the PR game on these contract negotiations the story is getting to be a little bit silly. Henderson became a free agent seemingly out of nowhere and now we’re at the point where the organization claims Dan is asking to be the UFC’s highest paid fighter while his camp says that isn’t the case. The fan in me just wants Dan to either sign or leave so I can just watch him compete.
