Flyers’ Emery Posts Shutout in First Game Back

Flyers goalie Ray Emery answered some of the questions surrounding his return to the NHL tonight by beating the Carolina Hurricanes 2-0. The former Senator stopped 28 shots, including several close in chances in the closing moments, to post his first win in the NHL since 2008.

The Flyers' Mike Richards and Jeff Carter each scored en route to the victory.
