Coming into the NBA, Chris Douglas-Roberts was largely overshadowed by his college teammate (and eventual rookie of the year) Derrick Rose. And rightfully so, as he’s got only average athleticism, a herky jerky jumpshot, and a frame that’d make Amy Winehouse jealous.

Thanks to unorthodox plays like that one, “CDR” has averaged 18-a-game for Nets so far this preseason, shooting a ruthlessly efficient 52% in the process. And despite his shortcomings, CDR is rounding into quite a prospect for New Jersey.
↵Definitely someone to keep an eye on. More good news for Nets fans, I guess.
