Brian Westbrook Sits Out Friday Practice

Jeff McLane of the Philadelphia Inquirer reports that Eagles running back Brian Westbrook was on the sidelines for the team’s practice on Friday.

After suffering a severe concussion during last week’s win over the Redskins, Westbrook has been described as a “game-time decision” for the Eagles in Week 8. Although Westbrook has a history of playing despite not practicing, it’s difficult to imagine that he’ll be back on the field after such a devastating injury without working his way back on the practice field first.
