NHLPA Not Shut Down, Responsibilities Curtailed

Hockey Night in Canada’s Jeff Marek reports via Twitter that the NHLPA has not completely shut down, it has just had its responsibilities curtailed by the review committee, and the he will have more information about what exactly happened soon.

However, the NHLPA has confirmed that Ian Penny is not longer the executive director.
