ESPN’s Mark Jones, who is working play-by-play for Saturday’s Indiana-Iowa game, just remarked that he’s already consumed two cans of Red Bull and three espressos before 1:00. He’s upbeat in the usual commentator-ish sort of way, but if he keeps on this pace, I fully expect him to go all Gus Johnson by the fourth quarter. I can’t even drink a single cup of coffee without getting all excitable and shouting to nobody about how awesome Yo La Tengo is. How does he do it?
