Brady Quinn Clowned by the Only Rapper Brady Quinn’s Ever Heard Of
↵
Grammy Award-winning rap artist Common delighted the House of Blues crowd in Cleveland on Thursday night with his range as one of the true lyrical talents in hip hop. ...
When Common freestyled, he poked fun during his flow that he "won't mess up like Brady Quinn." Common then mentioned Derek Anderson in the next verse. After some "oohhs" and "ahhs" and a few chuckles from the crowd, it was noticed that Quinn was in the audience with several of his teammates.
↵Yeah, ouch. “Yeah, Common! Woooo! This dude can RAP! Am I right, brah! Woooo ... wait. Is he? Daw.” Sorry, Brady. Comes with the territory, I guess.
↵This story is actually perfect in every way -- Brady Quinn and Common’s destinies intertwining into one -- except one: the part where the Cleveland Plain-Dealer writer called Common “one of the true lyrical talents in hip-hop.” Someone’s seen too many Gap ads.
