Jonathan Roy plead guilty to assault charges stemming from his beatdown of an opposing goaltender in March of 2008.

Patrick Roy’s son appears to have put his goaltending aspirations to the side for now, and is seeking an “absolute discharge” so he can go to the United States to pursue a singing career.

Here’s hoping the next person he beats the crap out of is Simon Cowell.
