According to Letang, he did just that during a scrum in Thursday night's Penguins-Flyers game. Letang made a thinly-veiled accusation in post-game interviews and suggests that you ask Hartnell for the specifics. If you watch the video of the event in question, you'll see Letang run towards the locker room, holding his hand. Specifically, his finger which is bleeding.

Says the color commentator, “I wouldn’t put it past him.” The NHL is back.
