This Means Texas Will Beat Iowa By About A Million, Right?

The Hawkeyes just lost a home game to Texas-San Antonio in the CBE Classic, 62-50. The victory was the first for the Roadrunners against a Big Ten opponent, though at this point you have to wonder if this very young Iowa team, a squad decimated by transfers, counts.

↵Despite the loss, and the fact Duquesne could beat them on Tuesday night in the same event, the Hawkeyes will still advance to the semifinals of this event. They’ll face No. 3 Texas there next Monday night.

↵You can visit our Iowa site, Black Heart Gold Pants, for more on this one, if you dare. I don’t think there will be much happiness over there tonight.
