Last month it was announced that Pau Gasol would guest star on an episode of CSI: Miami in this, the show’s eighth season. (“EIGHT?!” you ask? David Caruso has staying power). At the time, Pau had this to say:

↵↵“I play Victor, a normal person who is involved in a car accident and police are suspicious that I am responsible for what happened. I have good, meaty dialogue with an officer.”
↵↵And tonight, the episode finally airs, and Gasol will make his network television debut at 10 p.m. ET. With Michael Jackson gone and Prince having receded into some Minnesota netherworld, it seems that someone at CBS has spotted a void in the “androgynous male stars” category.
