We’re into our fifth game of this marathon, and we’ve fallen into a pattern.
College Basketball Marathon Trend: Close Game Followed By Blowout
↵At midnight, Cal State Fullerton secured a famous double overtime win over UCLA. In the 2 a.m. ET slot, St. Mary’s blew out San Diego State.
↵At 4 a.m., Northern Colorado took over with a 19-0 run in the 2nd half, but Hawaii crept back in to make it close. Two hours later, St. Peter’s ran Monmouth off the floor in the first game ever played at 6 a.m. local time.
↵At 8 a.m., Niagara beat Drexel in a close one. And sure enough, Clemson is already up 14 on Liberty 10 minutes into the 10 a.m. start.
↵My advice, take a nap now and wake up for Northeastern at Siena at noon ET, that’s bound to be a barnburner.
