According to Bob McKenzie, Flames winger Curtis Glencross has been suspended for a trio of games after his blindside hit on Chris Drury of the New York Rangers.

The NHL has yet to explain why Glencross' action was considered worthy of a suspension, while others like the Flyers Mike Richards have escaped punishment for similar plays.
