Vince Young told reporters that he will play on Sunday despite missing practice the past two days after aggravating a knee injury, according to the Tennessean.

Young originally injured his knee during the team's loss last week to the Indianapolis Colts, but did not come out of the game. The Tennessean reports that he tweaked the injury on Thursday, and sat out while trainers iced his knee, although head coach Jeff Fisher did not seem concerned that Young would miss this week's game. The Titans held him out of practice again on Friday, and he will be listed as questionable on the injury report.

Although Tennessee takes on the lowly Rams this week, the Titans have no margin for error if they hope to sneak into the playoffs at 9-7. The Titans have been 5-1 with Vince Young at the helm, while they started the season 0-6 with Kerry Collins under center.
