ESPN’s Buster Olney is reporting that the Phillies and Roy Halladay have reached an agreement and Halladay only needs to take a physical to complete the much rumored three-way trade between the Phillies, Blue Jays and Mariners:

Halladay's negotiations with the Phillies are complete; deal in place. He's taking a physical examination right now.
Jon Heyman of Sports Illustrated has the terms of the deal, but says the details of the extension may not be finalized until tomorrow:
halladay is to receive a $60-million, 3-year extension with 2 vesting options from philly once pending megadeal goes thru
theyre still working out extension details with halladay. whole deal may not be wrapped up until tomorrow.
The trade is still not completely official, and Phillies’ fans are asking Ruben Amaro to reconsider at the eleventh hour, but it certainly trending that way and we will have all the details of who finally ends up where as they unfold.
