Fitzgerald left the Cardinals’ Monday night game against the Niners last week after a defender landed on his knee, although he did return for the fourth quarter. He did not catch a pass after coming back. The Cardinals can clinch the NFC West this week with a win over Detroit, and a San Francisco loss.
