See, without Barbosa’s Brazilian flair on the chorus, this would be another humdrum case of a professional basketball team breaking into a spontaneous rendition of a 30 year-old song. Which happens like every day, ya know?

But thanks to Barbosa, we get a team in chorus to Lionel Ritchie AND the strange, croak-cackle of Barbosa. It really puts this whole thing over the top. I could watch this: “All Ni-ii-ii-ii-ii-ght!”
