Frank Mir Denies Taking Steroids

↵It has been “steroid day” around the MMA world based on speculation by many fans. Mir is the latest to get hit with accusations based on muscle gain despite testing clean. Again, urine tests aren’t going to ever really help determine if guys are using based on the more sophisticated methods of doping being used by athletes now. It’s not hard between cycling and using drugs that would only be detected through blood tests to avoid popping a positive under the current testing guidelines.
