Tomorrow, the NFL holds an event that we fans pretty much view as a religious holiday. Tomorrow, we deck ourselves in colored jerseys, foam fingers, and yes, in some cases, face paint. Tomorrow, we will sit in front of a TV and watch 20-year-old men get interviewed by a hot 30-something blonde while a 40-something year-old man with cement hair either lauds them or calls them a potential “bust.”
Mocking The Draft on Draft Day
Tomorrow, my brothers and sisters, is friggin NFL DRAFT DAY 2009!
And with the draft, we here at SB Nation and Mocking The Draft got you covered. We will have two SB Nation writers (TheSportsGuru and JasonB) at the draft, working the floor Chris Mortenson-style as they fish for breaking news on possible trades, surprise picks, etc. They will also be blogging about their experience at the draft, what it’s like to rub elbows with the big boys at the Mecca for the NFL off-season: Radio City Music Hall.
