NFL.com’s Jason La Canfora is reporting that Eagles backup QB will make his first career start tomorrow, replacing Donovan McNabb, who’d previously been listed as “doubtful” with broken ribs. He is now “Out,” under NFL injury parlance, so adjust your fantasy teams accordingly.

↵And since I’m trekking from D.C. to Philly for tomorrow’s game, I’m now 6% less excited. Still, McNabb was never the attraction; tomorrow’s my first taste of Philadelphia fans up close. Donovan or no Donovan, I’m ready to hear some Grade-A profanity, possibly see some battery tossing, and probably get punched in the face for smirking at them the whole time. Should be spectacular.
