Apparently Ripping Someone’s Helmet Off Is An Acceptable Form Of Hockey Conflict

See it to believe it, via MPS and NHL FanHouse. Judging by Brinson's enthusiasm here, I'm guessing this doesn't happen very often, and that the material used to make hockey helmets is typically resistant to thinks like, oh, being sliced completely in half. Though I suppose I could be wrong.
