With Eagles quarterback Donovan McNabb still injured, Kevin Kolb will start, but the Washington Post is reporting that Vick will see some playing time -- most likely as part of an oft-discussed Wildcat offense. This, of course, would be Vick's first appearance in a regular-season game since his release from prison. Both the Eagles and Chiefs' rosters are depleted: Brian Westbrook is out for the Eagles, and the Chiefs figure to be even weaker without Larry Johnson and Dwayne Bowe.
