What’s Going on With Brandon Jacobs?

If you’re not a Giants fan, or don’t have Brandon Jacobs on your fantasy team, you may not have noticed that his numbers thus far are down. Way down.

↵Through three games, his yards/game are down 18.5 yards from last season, yards/carry down 1.6 and he only has one TD (last season, he had 15).

↵So, what’s the deal? Apparently, something might be up with Jacobs … but Tom Coughlin doesn’t feel like telling you what it is:

↵↵Q: Have you noticed anything different in Jacobs this year, why he hasn’t been able to get going the way he would like to be going right now?

↵A: Not that I would talk about in here, no.

↵↵Whatever’s wrong with him probably isn’t something the Chiefs and their 20th-ranked rush defense can’t fix this Sunday.
