El Salvador Takes 1-0 Lead In 32nd Minute

Cristian Castillo lofted a header just over the outstretched hands of U.S. keeper Tim Howard to give El Salvador the lead. The defensive absences were very noticeable on the goal as there was minimal pressure put on the ball inside the penalty area.
