The Phillies look like they are headed to the postseason, but they still have some serious question marks at the back end of their bullpen. After the Phillies rallied from a 3-0 deficit to take a 4-3 lead in the 8th, Brett Myers returned from the disabled list to shut the Astros down in the 8th. But, Brad Lidge could not put the game away in the 9th.

Lidge got the first out, but then proceeded to load the bases before getting Michael Bourn to ground into a fielder's choice with Edwin Maysonet getting forced out at home. Kaz Matsui followed with a single to right field that plated two to win the game for the Astros.
The Phillies remain six and a half games ahead of the Marlins, but with Myers back and looking sharp it remains to be seen what they do with the back end of the bullpen. Lidge had looked strong his past few outings, but given his year long struggles and Myers' past success in the closer's role Charlie Manuel definitely has a decision to make for the rest of September and, if they can hold their division lead, the playoffs.
