Cincinnati travels to Rutgers for a Week 1 Big East battle. It’s a vital game in the conference. Which means it’s at least marginally interesting to non-Big East fans.
The Rout Continues
As the 3rd quarter comes to a close, Cincinnati continues to pour on the points--it’s 45-7 now, and Tony Pike has continued his brilliance, as Rutgers tries to retain some shred of dignity in defeat. They’re not doing well, so far, in that respect, but there’s still 15 minutes of football to be played, so perhaps there’s a silver lining yet.
