Knicks Afraid of a G-g-g-g-ghost?

Stupid Thunder! The Knicks would have beaten you if it weren’t for those meddling ... ghosts?↵↵Yes, it’s not only the specter of ineptitude that haunts the New York Knicks. Apparently actual spirits do as well, if members of the team are to be believed.↵
↵↵In the days prior to the Thunder’s 106-88 home rout of the Knicks, players claimed they were beset by ghosts in their hotel that kept them from getting their rest.↵
↵↵⇥For two days, several players had trouble sleeping because they were convinced that their downtown hotel is haunted.↵⇥↵⇥“I definitely believe it,” Jared Jeffries said. “The place is haunted. It’s scary.”↵⇥
↵⇥↵⇥Eddy Curry claims he slept for only two hours Sunday night because he couldn’t stop thinking about ghosts roaming the hotel.↵⇥
↵↵↵To be fair, the Knicks aren’t the first to claim that Oklahoma City’s Skirvin Hotel is haunted. The legend has persisted for decades since a woman leapt from a window to her death while holding her baby. So maybe there is something to the player’s worries. Or maybe they need to stop watching Paranormal Activity.↵
