N.C. State Shocks No. 25 Florida State

Tallahassee, FL (Sports Network) - Scott Wood notched a game-high 31 points with seven rebounds as North Carolina State downed 25th-ranked Florida State, 88-81, at Tucker Center.

Farnold Degand had 13 points and Julius Mays added 12 points on 10-for-10 shooting from the charity stripe for the Wolfpack (12-5, 1-2 ACC), who rebounded from a loss to Virginia on Saturday.

Chris Singleton scored 22 points and pulled down eight rebounds for the Seminoles (13-4, 1-2), who have dropped two in a row -- both in the conference -- after winning seven straight.

Derwin Kitchen and Solomon Alabi each had 15 points in defeat.
