Kimbo Slice Returns To Action At UFC 113
- MMA Junkie confirms the previously reported bout between Kimbo and Matt Mitrione.
It’s a fight that at first glance may be easy to say is winnable for Slice, and it is. But Mitrione’s chin is solid and he has some real power in his hands. If he forces Kimbo into a firefight (which Houston Alexander did not) he really could catch, hurt, and sleep Kimbo.
That being said, the UFC generally knows the kind of bouts to make for guys they’re trying to build up. It will also be very interesting to see what a Kimbo fight on PPV can do for buyrates.
