Seahawks Offer GM Position To Packers’ John Schneider

Seattle's connection to the Packers continues as the team has reportedly offered its GM position to current Green Bay Director of Football Operations John Schneider.

Schneider worked for the Packers’ front office for six years, went to K.C. for three seasons before landing in Seattle in 2000 to work under former Packers head coach Mike Holmgren for one season. He then bounced to Washington before heading back to Green Bay in 2002.

Confusing, I know. But the potential hiring of Schneider keeps the whole Packers-Seahawks hiring circle in motion.

The current acting general manager of the Seahawks is Ruston Webster.
