Cleveland, OH (Sports Network) - LeBron James just missed a triple-double, and Mo Williams added 22 points and 10 assists, as Cleveland downed Toronto, 108- 100, at Quicken Loans Arena.

James ended with 28 points, 11 assists and nine rebounds for the Cavaliers, who were coming off a 3-2 road trip and will face the Western Conference- leading Lakers in an anticipated matchup on Thursday.

Shaquille O'Neal chipped in 16 points in the win and in the process became the fifth player in NBA history to score 28,000 points for his career.

Chris Bosh recorded 21 points and 10 rebounds, while Andrea Bargnani scored 19 for the Raptors, who had a brief two-game win streak snapped.

Two Delonte West free throws pushed the Cleveland lead to 10 early in the fourth, but Toronto scored the next nine points to pull within 93-92 on a Bargnani bucket a little over three minutes in.

It was still a one-point game a little later before Williams' three-pointer sparked seven straight Cleveland points.

Toronto had the deficit down to 104-100 on an Antoine Wright jumper with 2:44 left but missed three consecutive shots in an attempt to inch closer.

James hit two free throws with 1:21 remaining, and after trading misses, Bosh turned it over with 24 seconds left to essentially seal the outcome.

The clubs played to a 28-28 tie in the first quarter, and the largest lead in the second frame was 57-52 in favor of Cleveland following a Zydrunas Ilgauskas free throw with 1:40 to play.

Wright's late three pointer cut Toronto's deficit to 62-60 at halftime.

The Raptors were held scoreless in the final 3:15 of the third to fall behind 91-83 with 12 minutes to play.

Marco Belinelli, who had missed the two previous games due to illness, and DeMar DeRozan each scored 14 points for the Raptors, who were outrebounded, 43-32...Wright scored 12 points in the loss, Toronto's 10th straight in Cleveland.
