Devan Downey: Cat Killer

Before Tuesday night’s game between No. 1 Kentucky and South Carolina, Gamecock said that despite being on the floor with freshman phenom John Wall, he felt like he would be the best player on the court. Draftniks and pundits will have their say at the end of the year but for tonight, he was right. Downey’s 30-point effort led South Carolina’s upset of the top-ranked team.
