Rey Maualuga’s Mugshot Explains A Lot

Cincinnati Bengals' MLB Rey Maualuga was arrested on suspicion of DUI last night, and while there's still no statement from Maualuga regarding the incident, we know this much.

- He hit two parked cars and a parking meter.

- He reportedly had a blood-alcohol-content of .157.

- He was with an 18 year-old girl.

- He was with a second girl, reportedly a minor.

Considering Maualuga was considered an anchor for USC's defense during college, and generally a pretty upstanding guy, it's all pretty surprising. Then you see the mugshot below, and you start to connect the dots.

Look at that smug, self-satisfied look on his face. The long hair, too. Rey Maualuga is a total BRO. The picture says it all. Did he just get arrested for careless driving and DUI? Nah. Looks like he just got arrested for being the man and having a good time. "Sorry for partying."

So, really: Should we be surprised someone that looks like that is hanging out with underage girls and drinking and driving? I say no.
