Clemson, SC (Sports Network) - Jerai Grant finished with a career-high 18 points and 10 rebounds to lead the Clemson Tigers to a 62-53 victory over the Maryland Terrapins in an ACC clash.

Andre Young tallied 12 points in the win for Clemson (16-6, 4-4 ACC), which got 10 points and 16 rebounds from Trevor Booker.

Jordan Williams scored 13 points for Maryland (14-6, 4-2), which got 11 points from Eric Hayes and 10 points from Greivis Vasquez.

Clemson led 29-22 at intermission despite the fact that Booker missed the first 12 shots he took in this game.

Booker finally got things going late in the tilt, scoring nine of his 10 points down the stretch. The rugged forward even hit a key three-pointer.

Maryland didn’t score a single point over the final 3:23.
