West Lafayette, IN (Sports Network) - Robbie Hummel scored 23 points and grabbed six rebounds, and 10th-ranked Purdue used a 19-4 run to begin the second half and beat Penn State, 66-46, at Mackey Arena.

JaJuan Johnson added 13 points and seven rebounds, while E'Twaun Moore had 12 points for the Boilermakers (18-3, 6-3 Big 10), who have won four straight since a three-game slide. Purdue held Penn State to just 31.3 percent shooting and drilled 8-of-16 shots from three-point range in the win.
Talor Battle led the Nittany Lions (8-13, 0-9) with 13 points, and David Jackson added 11 points, but PSU remained the only winless team in Big 10 play. Bill Edwards provided 10 points and 13 rebounds in defeat.
