Sources: Chris Paul To Undergo Surgery, Miss 1-2 Months

Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports is reporting that Hornets point guard Chris Paul will miss one-to-two months following arthroscopic surgery for a cartilage tear in his left knee this Monday.

Paul injured the knee in the final moments of regulation in a loss to the Chicago Bulls on Friday.

Test results revealed a partial tear to Paul’s meniscus. There is still some doubt as to the extent of the injury, one source said, but it is not believed to be season-ending.

Suffice to say, Paul will also miss the upcoming All-Star Game.

Keep an eye on Hornets’ blog At The Hive for updates and reaction.
