Bert Blyleven Voted Into SB Nation’s Hypothetical Hall Of Fame

If SB Nation’s baseball writers had a Hall of Fame vote, the only 2010 candidate they’d grant entry is pitcher Bert Blyleven. Every MLB site within our network cast a HOF ballot, and Blyleven (92%) was the only one to break the 75% threshold required by the BBWAA to be elected.

↵Falling just short was second baseman Roberto Alomar, who appeared on 73% of the ballots. The top 5 was rounded out by Barry Larkin, Tim Raines and Mark McGwire. Check out the full list of results, and all the ballots, at The Good Phight.

↵The actual Hall of Fame announcements will be made by MLB on Wednesday.
